This 1980's multi-unit residential building located in the prominent Fairview neighbourhood of Vancouver was suffering from long-term water ingress and needed immediate building envelope rehabilitation.
Elemental provided 3-D renderings of three different cladding options as well as some practical design solutions to resolve fundamental building envelope issues such as air leakage through skylight and balcony guardrails.
