A full building envelope rehabilitation was executed for this multi-level building with below grade residence and parking. New roof overhangs and thoughtful design effectively transformed and modernized the building's dated 80's look in a prominent Vancouver neighborhood. Terra Shimbashi, founder of Elemental Architecture & Interiors Inc., was consulting for Morrison Hershfield Ltd. as a project architect and building envelope professional at the time of this project.
