A full building envelope remediation for a four storey 57 unit wood frame building with exterior walkways, stairs and courtyard over parking, resulting in a major modernization and aesthetic upgrade, including enlarged window openings, roof overhangs, green membrane courtyard and a new ventilation design. Terra Shimbashi, founder of Elemental Architecture & Interiors Inc., was consulting for JRS Engineering as project architect and building envelope professional at the time of this project.
