Mayfair House
Terra Shimbashi, founder of Elemental Architecture & Interior Inc., turned a dated, pink stucco building with extensive leaks into an up-to-date building with enduring classic appeal. The project included a complete building envelope rehabilitation including new roof overhangs, roof membrane, aluminum windows, balcony membranes, stucco cladding and hardi board fascia trim. Terra was consulting for Morrison Hershfield Ltd. as building envelope professional and project architect at the time of this project.
