Paloma Housing Co-op

Two three storey buildings with interior courtyards, exterior walkways, exterior courtyard, below grade parking underwent a full building envelope remediation. The result was a major aesthetic upgrade and modernization with new roof profile and overhangs, enlarged windows and a green membrane in the courtyards, all delivered on a budget and on schedule. Terra Shimbashi, founder of Elemental Architecture & Interiors Inc., was consulting for JRS Engineering as project architect and building envelope professional at the time of this project.
