Terra Shimbashi, founder of Elemental Architecture & Interiors Inc, designed the building envelope and detailing for a 35 storey concrete framed building, completed on a budget and on schedule. As consultant to the architect, Terra Shimbashi prepared a fully detailed building envelope package and material specifications for the building. Terra was consulting for JRS Engineering as project architect and building envelope professional at the time of this project.
